Porter and Corrines date at Fernbank

This morning we meet the Dunlaps at Fernbank for the Dinosaur exhibit. Corrine and Porter had a date. They were so cute and sweet helping each other up and down the stairs and running to the fountain. Porter ran wild while Jack slept peacefully.

Dad turns 30

Porter and Jack watch and help Dad open his presents. Then it was mom and dads first night out alone since the baby. We went to the St. Regis for drinks and had a great time. Porter really enjoyed the present opening and singing happy birthday to himself. Sage also holds Jack for the first time. He is a natural

Jack Loves his Big brother

Porter and Jack are already bonding and it is so cute to watch. Porter loves to help change diapers, watch him bath and yell for us if he is crying. It is going to be so fun to watch them grow up together.

Alan John Hamilton jr. "Jack" has arrived

On Tuesday May 19th at 12:14 pm Porter's big brother Jack was born. He weighed 8lb 7oz and 22 inches long. He has a full head of black hair and is so sweet and chubby. All is well at Piedmont hospital and the Waters suit is an upgrade from our first stay. Porter is adjusting well and going to be a FABULOUS brother!!! He wants to play with him and not sure why all he does is sleep. Here are a few picture highlights from the last few days. More to follow

NO BABY YET

Trying to remain faithful in God's plan, but will admit growing frustrated with the lack of progression with baby number two. Thanks to all who continue to pray for a safe non c section delivery. I pray that this baby comes in God's timing and is healthy and happy - we all know it is going to be big ha ha.

On a side note it was fun to visit with Melissa and Andrew and baby Mia today!!! So CUTE

Baby Hamilton arriving soon

I went to my last doctors appointment yesterday where I had an ultra sound. They informed me the baby was measuring at 8lbs 8 oz and I was only oone cenimiter dialated. They also said this baby has LOTS of hair so funny!! Any way if it is not here a week from today I will have a C Section at noon on May 19th. Say a pray it comes before that!!

Post maybe less frequent

Ok Porter is about to be a big brother any day.  He is getting excited even though I am not sure he knows what is about to happen.  He has been a little under the weather the last two days so praying he feels better before the end of the weekend.  I can not wait to see him with the new little one and there will sure to be many post soon.  I have just been a bit lazy and tired and HUGE so posting has been a little more difficult.  

Sunny Days

As time gets shorter with just the three of us we had a wonderful family weekend!!! Friday night Porter and Andy ran wild at CCC swimming, dancing, eating and talking in their own language. Sat. the three of us ventured to the St. James carnival where Porter will be in school next year. Later that day Alan took PO to play 9 holes of golf and they had a blast ( porter really likes the sand traps which causes a bit of trouble). Lastly, Sunday was another beautiful day and uncle Tyler was in town so we had a afternoon of swimming and an early evening cookout with the Henritze/Smith/Haverty gang.

Cookie Decorating and Playgroup at Porters

Today Porter hosted playgroup and since he has really enjoyed cooking we decided to decorate cookies. It was so fun to have all our friends over and decorate our cookies and of course eat them!! Porter only would eat the plain one's as he really wanted to save the one he decorated.
