Gordon Beckham - not only a great friend of the family but a wonderful baseball player ( #15 the Chicago White Sox) was so sweet to hang with little Porter and sign a glove and bat for the two boys. Thanks Gordon for hanging out and great win for the dawgs over Tech !!!

The Pink Pig 2009

We went to the Pink Pig yesterday and Porter had so much fun. Jack loved the lights and they made him ride in his own seat next to GIGI of Me so funny. All Porter is talking about is how YAYA is going to take him back. What a great tradition as my parents took me as a child and have great memories of the PIG. Lastly, Jack has been under the weather and appears to slowly be getting better. He has been sleeping a lot and it is so sweet.

Highlands, NC 2009 SO FUN

It was so great to have a weekend with just the four of us!!! It was so needed and the kids had a blast. Porter learned gun safety, Jack wore his first cowboy hat and Alan and I had fun just being a FAMILY. Thanks to Bob and Pam for a FABULOUS WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanksgiving around the corner

Well it was a pretty day so Porter and I did crafts outside. He wanted to make indian hats so that is what we did. After that we created a few stools for the new house.

A Fall Day- Enjoying our last days at The Parentals

Today was a great day- we started with the Zoo with Mimi and had a great time. The Elepants were our favorite and Jack and Po both liked the train. This afternoon Dad came home early and we played in the yard and on the swings the weather was PERFECT.
