Finally a Break in the Weather

I do not know how people live up North with kids. It has been cold and rainy here for a few days and I have run out of ideas to keep a two year old entertained. Finally today we were able to go to the park and we had a great time. Porter LOVED it and ran all over. Spring and Summer can not get here fast enough

Cowboy Hats and Baby's Somethings Never Change

This afternoon we headed to Mimi and Granddaddy for some visiting. Of course Mimi had plenty of food and some toys she had saved. The highlight was the Cowboy hat that I wore when I was a baby that we placed on Porter. It is so so great to have great grandparents that love and cherish every minute with little Po. Also, I would not put it past granddaddy when it comes to the computer he is becoming a little Einstein as Porter would say.

Jimbo Visits

It is always a treat when Aunt Jimbo visits!!! She came in town yesterday and loves swinging Po and playing with his cars. Thanks Jennifer we will miss you when you go back to the Ranch.

Eating, Bathing and Bed

Porter seems to love pickles, mustard and anything sour- He loves when we make faces and let him feed us. In addition he loves bath time and reading with daddy.

Whirly Ball

A night out with the Henritze's has to include something competitive so last night it was Whirly Ball. It was so much fun and will have to say Hunter and Chrissie rocked!! If you have never played it is like basketball/ lacrosse on bumper cars. Great combo

Warner Robins - Hamilton visit

What a great time we had having Jimbo, Yaya and Papa in town, but the highlight was spending time in Warner Robins, GA with David and Rhonda, Matt and Papa and Grace. Papa was so sweet to give Porter a car which he loves. It was fun to catch up with family, but the highlight was the organ and piano. Po would not let Mary stop playing and than wanted his own turn. Also, Porter spent the night with everybody and had a great time! We miss you guys

New Years Eve 2008

Alan and I went to Lake Oconee Ritz for New Years Eve and had a great time. The hotel was pretty and the food and service was great. The view from our room was wonderful, but we really enjoyed seeing Mel and Papa S at their house which was beautiful. It was great to see Porter when we got back!!!
