Hot Air Balloons and The Rock Ranch

What a great day with Ms Melissa, Mia and the Boys. Porter went CRAZY with the hot air balloons and we had a blast the kids made it 9:30-4:30 NO naps and were so sweet.

Show and Tell at School

Today was Porter's day for show and tell, reading and snack. Porter decided the theme would be space and pumpkins ? So I made pumpkin muffins for the class and he brought in his new soft pumpkins that light up. In addition I read " Five little Pumpkins."

Then Dad read "There is no Place like Space" and Porter showed off his space mobile.

Jack of course was a special hit as all the kids loved him!!! After school Andy came over and played. They had fun and Carter joined them as they played on the swing set, we made Halloween cookies ( bats, ghosts and pumpkins) and played tag.

I AM TIRED and it is 7 pm and both kids are out cold

Soccer Take 3

this was the third week of soccer and FINALLY he ran around and had a good time. The nice weather and nap helped. Watching coach Kyle trying to get the team to take a team picture was priceless. As always Andy and Porter did LOTS of wrestling.

Friends, Family and Pudding

Fall Beginnings, New Friends and Change

School starts Po is in Ms. Susan's class and Jack in toddler's class both love it. jack gets his first haircut. Porter is doing kiddie kickers soccer and likes it ( when he takes a nap). We have been watching GA and Auburn games and learning all about football and continue to cheer the braves on each night. Jack discovers yogurt, lamb and frog chairs and sesame street. Porter continues to like space, science, music, his brother, friends and "snacks" - He recently had a great date night with COCO where they had gummy worms and milk yummy.

Best Buddies

Porter and Jack have become so close and it is so cute to see their relationship as brothers grow!! They love to be together and Jack worships Porter and Porter protects Jack!!!

Black Mountain hiking, relaxing and just the 4 of us

what a wonderful weekend our family had in Black Mountain and Asheville this past weekend. It is our family's special retreat and we love it!!! It was relaxing and we did so much- camp visit, Chimney Rock, Grandfather Mountain, Asheville summer festival, Grove Park Inn, saw bears, deer, eagle and much more!!!! The weather was 60 degrees and blue sky's. Porter was into collecting magnets and Jack and Porter were so so cute together. They both stayed up till 11 pm laughing as we were all in the same room. Love you guys
