A day with YAYA and MAMA

We had a great day visiting the Aquarium. It was jacks first time so Porter made sure to show him all the highlights. it was a special treat to have YAYA with us. We loved the whales, penguins and Porter loves the fish slide. His favorite is the tunnel and jack loves the little fish and all the colors. We tried to visit the fountains in the park afterwards but they were closed today.

The last few days friends visit, tri, granddaddy and Huntie Birthday

Well it was a wonderful surprise to have Jan and Laura swing through town. Even though I sometimes go months or a year without seeing them it is like we saw each other yesterday. It was great to catch up and made me miss camp days and value GREAT friends.

Chrissie and Mimi were a huge help Sunday morning as Mom, Alan, Hunter and I traveled to West Point GA for a Triathlon which was HOT, HARD but fun. We all did well and met our goals. Mom and I placed 2nd and 3rd overall women which was a fun mother daughter combo ( only 5 sec difference). After the race we enjoyed naps followed by celebration of grandaddy 82 and Hunter's birthdays. We swam and ate cake it was so fun I love my sweet family ( Alan, porter and jack)

Last day of School Preschool Porter MWF 2009-2010

Ms Cindy and Ms. Lanier were Porter's wonderful teachers this past year. we have already missed them as the summer has started. We are excited about 5 days next year. Even though school is over Porter is really enjoying summer camp. Rise and Shine and Haverty Hallow he runs in to the room and really looks forward to it each day.

As always I love being with my best buddies who I never get to spend time all together. thanks for the relaxing, fun 5 days. gnats, lodge, biking, swimming, wine, drinks, duck/chicken suite, ziggys, dancing, bug on mccall, parkers hand etc....
